The newest member to the JeniFit family, Caroline has been practicing pilates for years, and also teaches her own workout, Synthesis! Get to know some more about her here.

Passions: Making fitness more inclusive, veganism, sustainability, and women’s empowerment.

Favorite Workouts: My workout Synthesis is my favorite, although I might be a little biased. I also love pilates(obvi), trapeze yoga, and lifting weights!

Hobbies: Dancing, photography, writing, blogging, crafting the perfect playlist for any occasion.

What’s in my bag: Lip balm, phone, Tide-To-Go stick, reusable water bottle, journal, camera, a pen, band-aids

Favorite quote: You can fail at what you don’t like so you might as well do what you like.

Where you can find me: Working out, trying new vegan restaurants, spending time with my friends, people watching in NYC.

Favorite Jeni-Fit approved lunch: A smoothie bowl with bananas, wild blueberries, vegan protein powder, spinach, and spirulina. Topped with hemp seeds, raw pumpkin seeds, raw walnuts, and raw cashews! Smoothies are super easy to take to go, and also a super easy way to pack in nutrition!
