Virtual & Outdoor Class Descriptions

JF Barre– Rev your metabolism, lean your muscles and feel energized! This total body workout will create long, lean muscles with gentle exercises in no time. Jeni-Barre is  a low-impact class making it safe for all levels of fitness.

JF Pilates– Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will blend the Classical Pilates Method with exercise variations and by using a foam roller. Mat Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements. Great for all levels.

JF Circuits– Full body workout, including some cardio blasts! You got this! Our focus will be on building strength, endurance, increasing flexibility and feeling great about ourselves!

JF Yoga– A whole body exercise class involving lengthening and strengthening to help restore and renew mind, body and spirit. Enjoy the best of yoga!

JF Synthesis– A blend of Pilates, yoga and barre, all done to the beat of the music. Perfect for when you can’t decide what to do and want to get your whole body moving.

JF Toning– Full body toning! Head to toe! An indoor strength training program focused on building muscle and increasing strength while decreasing body fat. 

JF Kickboxing–  Jump, Sweat and Box your way into a higher level of fitness. Great for Men, Women and Teens. 

JF Outdoor– A perfect weight training class for all levels! Move your body while enjoying the fresh outdoor air!
