JF Motivator Ride
Start the week off right! Track the calories you burn and the power you produce! Cardio & strength all at once! Great for all levels of fitness. Have fun getting fit!
First time riders, arrive early for class and the instructor will help you with setting up your bike. A heart rate monitor is suggested but not required! This is a 45 minute class!
